I will be there either date works for me. Mariana will be going out of town from the 9th through the 14th. I have always enjoyed going to the springs or just up I-70 to where ever.

I found what looks like a fun one, but its way the hell n gone! Its whats referred to as the "Million Dollar Highway" stretching from Silverton to Ouray.

That looks bad ass.... but I think I better get a parachute installed in the ride, cause there ain't and guardrails to keep my dumb ass from soaring off the edge!! :dead: :cowboy:

LOL! I am sure that is one of the reasons why it is called the million dollar highway (even though that is how much the road costs) They should have named it 1.5 mil and added the guard rails.

its called the million dollar highway because they put gold flake literaly gold in the asphalt not because how much it cost to build it because it would be way more than a mill to build that haghway just my random wtf knowledge

i would be willing to do the million dollar highway as an overnite cruise, matt. i know we've kinda thrown that idea around in the past.

i would like to suggest the peak to peak highway as our route for the first cruise this year. stretches from blackhawk to estes park (or vice versa) and shouldnt take too long, as its listed at 55 miles. should be pretty scenic.

let's meet at the usual spot on saturday the 12th of june. for those who dont know, thats the walmart off of i70 and youngfield around 1030am. PLEASE try to be on time as we will be leaving by 1130 LATEST. i know we've been cruising on sundays for the most part, and if that works best for more of us, please someone let me know, but i will have a much easier time getting saturdays off than sundays (which is why i chose the 12th).

suggestions, comments, questions, rsvp? post it up!

My car must have heard you, because I read this this morning, took the car out for a cruise and the radiator suddenly developed a crack. Checker had one in stock, 150. ish and 1.5 hours for me to put it in. I'm suprised there was even airflow from all the cottonwood pollen in the fins of the old one.. she's all better now.. And I plan on being present for this one..

if we dont have any major issues, we should be in estes park sometime around 2pm(ish). last year we went to a pretty nice park and had a bbq, that was a fun time. im sure brandon remembers the name of the park, im drawin a blank. we could try that again or stop at a local place in estes? anyone else know of any places in/near estes park for good eats?

I have no clue on the name of this one. Sorry. I might try and come up in the truck when you get to estes, but I won't be on the cruise. I will be getting the Camaro ready for show duty at KBPI the following morning.
